Urgent action on climate

In August 2021, the UN released its latest scientific report on climate. The report was widely reported as "code cerise for humanity", and was the starkest alarm yet of the demand for urgent action.

The challenge seems overwhelming, but solutions are in reach. Whether that's joining a customs group and working at a local level, or calling in authorities to invest in light-green jobs, nosotros can all play a role in protecting people and planet.

1. Take action in your customs

Polling reveals that two thirds of Britons believe climatic change is as serious as coronavirus, and the bulk desire climate to be prioritised in our economic recovery.

Together we need to urge our leaders to create climate-friendly communities across the country, with warm homes, make clean air, green jobs and thriving wild animals.

Meat and dairy production is responsible for 14% of global climate-changing emissions.
